The survival island is a 300 acre pair of islands separated by a river that lies in the Caribbean, which is pretty big. It rests over 69 miles away from any other land mass. Half of the Weast island, the bigger island, is a large mountain that is surrounded by a dense forest filled with various different species of plant life and animal life that can be used to the survivor's advantage. The rest of the north island is just less dense forest, banana trees, mango trees, and coconut trees.
The weast island is the smaller and is covered in a more sparse forest. The temperature is hot, it rains often, the ocean life is plentiful, and the two islands are a hot spot for secrets and adventure.
The island was once the home of an ancient tribe of cannabis farmers. There are ruins of the small tribe in the jungle and there is a Somalian pirate brig beached on the northern corner of the area, a victim of this tribe. The Somalians are currently at war with the cannabis farmers and cannibals. There is a cave system under and on the island. A wooden bridge used to connect the two islands at the river, but the bridge is in useless condition. On Megumi Kurosawa's Day Two, a tree falls down and connects the two, making a makeshift bridge.
Some people still inhabit the island, though the group is small and only lives a tiny collection of wigwams near the border of the forest.
In the Natalia Osipova's day five, one of the natives had a Russian tattoo.
How did we get here?
Almost all of us got here via a passenger flight from Miami, Florida, USA, to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. However, according to the pilot's flight records, the plane hit some bad weather and we crashed on the shore of one of the twin islands. Both of the pilots died, and none of your electronics work and / or get cell service.
When the plane crashed it broke into many different pieces, like my heart after you broke up with me Lisa, scattering all about the island.
